Rita Kyparisis - Director, BAS Agent & Certified Bookkeeper
Rita has a Diploma of Business (Accounting), is a registered BAS Agent and certified ICB & ABN Bookkeeper (& ANB Coffee Club Leader) who founded Bay Business Solutions Group (formally Bay Bookkeeping Services) in 1998.
With over 30 years experience, a member of ATMA, ABN & ICB and having worked with a variety of small to medium size businesses, Rita brings to every client a wealth of knowledge.
Rita is a MYOB and Xero Certified Partner, encourages Hubdoc and also has experience with software packages such as Harmony, Attache, QBO & Ice.
Nicole Parbhu - Accountant & Certified Bookkeeper
Nicole has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Professional Accounting plus a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and a member of ICB.
Nicole joined the team at BBS Group in 2017 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge.
Nicole not only holds the qualifications but has rounded experience in bookkeeping, payroll, employment taxes and compensation in both small/medium size businesses and large multi-national organisations. A team player and great asset to our team.
Nicole is also Xero Certified and Payroll Certified.
Manjot Kaur - Junior Bookkeeper
Manjot has a Advanced Diploma in Accounting and currently studying for her Bachelor Degree.
Manjot joined our team early 2019 and has been a little gem! With an eye for detail and extraordinary enthusiasm she tackles every account file with a great energy and a huge smile.
Manjot manages mostly our MYOB clients and has also completed her Xero Certification and Payroll Certification (Xero).
Andriana Dimopoulou - Administration Support
Jeff Robertson - Management Accountant
Jeff has a Bachelor of Business degree and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
With over 30 years business experience he has held senior finance roles in a diverse range of organisations across several industries, most recently as CFO of a business supplying product into independent supermarkets and greengrocers.
Jeff has also held positions which focused on commercial management and supply chain functions, which gives him an insight into better understanding the numbers, not just producing them.
Jeff joined our team in 2018 and is ready to work with our clients at a strategic level to help develop them and their businesses.
Andriana is a bright young lady who manages our offsite office and supports the rest of the team with administration tasks allowing us to get on with the job!
Andriana is the youngest and newest member of our team joinging us in the later part of 2019, has a passion for helping people and provides much needed support to our team!
Andriana's smile is infectious but you will not get to see it as we keep her hidden :)
Billy Kyparisis - Marketing
Billy has a Bachelor of International Business and a Bachelor of Marketing.
With many years of retail and wholesale experience he has held senior roles in three of Australia's largest outdoor retail oganisations, most recently as a Buyer of a retail group for fishing, camping and boating.
Billy has also held positions of set up management, store set ups and buying powers, which gives him an insight into better understanding the processes from wholesale to retail. His love for the outdoors and passion for fishing has empowered his ability to learn, grow and develop within that industry. Billy brings a wealth of knowledge across many
areas of business to assist our clients with their business journey especially those in retail.
